4. Norway

Dropping two spots from the 2013 report, Norway still shines in the areas of employment (about 76 percent of its citizens have a paying job) and education (82 percent have the equivalent of a high school diploma, higher than the worldwide average). Social advantages notwithstanding, Norway also boasts a number of picturesque cliffs, fjords (why else would Disney’s most successful film, "Frozen," choose a fictional Norwegian kingdom as its setting?) and countless other reasons to visit.
