Israel

Training it around Israel is simple and convenient. The country has made it a point to build up its rail infrastructure in the past two decades, and it shows. From the population centers of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, it's a quick journey north to cities like Acre or Haifa, with picturesque orchards and long stretches of coastline among the scenic offerings, or south to Beer Sheva and Dimona.

A train also directly connects Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. It's worth the trip just for the scenery, with rolling hills and lush forestry keeping you company for much of the journey.
