When you're spending time in a city, there's nothing like going to a park to hit the reset button. Visiting parks is a favorite activity for tourists, but many travelers only go to the most famous parks, not realizing that other equally magnificent parks lie only 10 minutes away.
As Robert Frost wrote, "Two roads diverged in a wood, and I – / I took the one less traveled by,/ And that has made all the difference." Taken out of context, at least, this suggests that lesser-known places are sometimes the most rewarding ones. And here are a few especially rewarding places.
