The Hebrew University of Jerusalem is home to the Albert Einstein archives as well as the baby-whispering professor who went viral last summer. The institution is not afraid to color outside the lines, which is why they're introducing a degree in winemaking this fall. The 18-month program includes classes in viticulture and enology as well as workshops in Europe. Graduates will also get to intern at commercial wineries in Israel. A mixture of soils – from terra rossa and gravel to volcanic – coupled with varying altitudes and temperature, have made Israel a center of wine production for more than 2,000 years.
