7 former bachelors who found love late in life
From Tarantino to Clooney, these men gladly abandoned the bachelor life for a slice of happy ever after.
George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin
After more than two decades of living the life of a bachelor, American actor George Clooney did in 2014 what many thought would never happen and officially tied the knot with Lebanese-British barrister Amal Alamuddin.
"I've never been happier in a relationship by any stretch of the imagination," Clooney told Esquire. "At 52 I found the love of my life and I'm really happy."
The couple, who recently welcomed twins, currently reside in a 17th-century mansion in England. "[I have] someone who I can talk to about anything, and someone who I care more about than I've cared about anything," Clooney gushed to CBS. "It's nice."
