Fordham & Dominion Oak Barrel Stout

Brewed in Dover, Delaware, Fordham & Dominion's Oak Barrel Stout is a sweet beer with each batch infused with a pound of vanilla beans and aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels.

Reviews of this one are largely positive, with one taster comparing it to a root beer float. "The reigning image in my head as I drank this beer was of vanilla bean ice cream," he wrote. "Whether this beer made me crave it, or its smell strongly resembled that tasty treat, I couldn't figure out."

Oak Barrel Stout is best paired with seafood like grilled sea bass, brie cheeses and anything with chocolate.
