Sarit Packer, Honey & Co., London

Sarit Packer worked with famed London chef Yotam Ottolenghi at his namesake restaurant Ottolenghi and the more relaxed Nopi before opening her own restaurant Honey & Co. with her husband, Itamar Srulovich. Now the 30-something couple has a second restaurant Honey & Smoke, a store called Honey & Spice and two cookbooks.

The Honey & Co. cookbooks, like their restaurants, feature recipes from Israel – the couple hails from Jerusalem and Tel Aviv – including salads, smoked lamb, old-fashioned stews, falafel, sticky buns, cakes and pastries.
