One of the unique tasting notes to Sauvignon blanc is that of freshly cut grass or herbs. These complement particularly well with other hints of grapefruit, lemon and mango. In combination with sémillon grapes, Sauvignon blanc is responsible for the world's sweetest dessert wines.
