International Student Film and Video Festival, China

This Beijing Film Academy festival screens short films in a 1,000-seat cineplex, in which young film producers introduce themselves to the audience. The festival seeks to be a platform for international communication and self-expression, where young producers from all over the world come together to discuss films, learn from each other, strengthen ties and make progress together.

On the left: "Wrapped," directed by Roman Kälin, Falko Paeper and Florian Wittmann, explores the effects of time and change, focusing on the world's seemingly never-ending cycles.
