Student film festivals feature more than screenings
These seven cinematic events feature workshops, keynote speakers and more.
Intriguingly named Watersprite was the brainchild of some Cambridge students in 2010. The fest was named in honor of its first film of the year, William McGregor's “Who’s Afraid of the Water Sprite?” Since then, it has grown to receive films from 48 countries on six continents. Applicants go through a rigorous judging process that culminates in chaired jury panels in London.
