The Toronto Student Film Festival, Canada

This fest is run by students for students, which explains its light and fun atmosphere – admission is pay what you can, and popcorn is free. The show begins with live student music and art and goes on to feature films submitted by students around the world. The festival emphasizes equality and considers film submissions of all kinds, whether filmed by an HD camera or a cell phone.
