Student film festivals feature more than screenings
These seven cinematic events feature workshops, keynote speakers and more.
European Student Film Festival, France
The European Student Film Festival isn't just about screening; it's an entire program. Students gather and make films over 28 hours, which are screened at the end of the festival. They also participate in scavenger hunts, enjoy buffet dinners and listen to impressive keynote speakers (Charles H. Rivkin, former CEO of Jim Henson Company, which produced The Muppets Show, spoke a few years ago).
