'Spinning' a literary thriller

Rush has some practice starring in popular books that were turned into movies (see "Goosebumps"). For her next role, the actress will be starring in the screen adaptation, "Spinning Man," based on the bestselling book by George Harrar. The film starts off with someone reporting a young girl (played by Odeya Rush) missing. Detectives (Pierce Brosnan) working the case begin to look at a local philosophy teacher (Guy Pearce) as a possible culprit. But after he claims to have no memory of the night of the crime, the police suspiciously discover DNA evidence in his car. Now the professor and his wife (Minnie Driver) must figure out if his perception of the truth is real or something he made up in his head. The movie hits theaters on April 6th.
