Diet, exercise and bit of ballet

For those wondering how Portman maintains her Hollywood looks, she says it has mostly come down to how she fuels her day. "Diet is a big part of it. I'm vegan, and I drink a lot of water," she told InStyle. There's also one food she enjoys more than others.

"I consume my own weight in hummus every day," she told Vogue. "I cook a lot, and I even do vegan baking."

In addition to regular exercise and yoga, Portman also reportedly continues to embrace aspects of the workout that transformed her into a ballerina for her Oscar-winning performance in "Black Swan." Called the "Pure Barre Technique," the training regimen is a fusion of ballet, Pilates and weights that tones and strengthens the entire body.
