To stay in top physical form, Gadot maintains an active lifestyle that includes kung fu, kickboxing, jujitsu, pilates and weightlifting. And if she can't find a gym, she simply improvises.
"If I’m staying in a cold country or there happens to be no gym, I’ll exercise in my room," she told Vogue. "If I’m by the ocean, I swim. I’ll paddleboard, which I love because it keeps you in shape and it’s meditative."
As one might expect, a healthy, clean diet rich in vegetables, fruit and lots of water is also key to fueling her active lifestyle. "I believe that what we put in our bodies will reflect on the outside," she added.
