'Ready Player One'

If you love both the pop culture of the 80s and classic video games, you're going to absolutely want to buy an early ticket to "Ready Player One."

Directed by American filmmaker Stephen Spielberg and based on the best-selling book by Ernest Cline, the film tells the story of a teenager searching for Easter eggs in a virtual reality game that leads the way to a hidden fortune.

"I hope the movie returns all of us to the awesomeness of the '80s," Spielberg told Collider. "I love the '80s. I think one of the reasons I decided to make the movie was that it brought me back to the 80s and lets me do anything I want, except for with my own movies." Spielberg added that he cut most of Cline's references to his films out of the movie, with the exception of a certain specialized DeLorean he played a role in creating.

Fans can do their own time-traveling back to the 80s when "Ready Player One" is released on March 30, 2018.
