8 films that will rule Hollywood in 2017
From 'Wonder Woman' to 'Star Wars,' these are the movie adventures we'll experience at the theater next year.
'The Fate of the Furious'
"The Fate of the Furious," the latest installment in one of the most successful action-adventure franchises of all time, will cruise into theaters on April 14. Directed by American filmmaker Felix Gary Gray, the film will once again feature regular cast members like Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez and Dwayne Johnson.
An even bigger surprise? British legend Helen Mirren has signed on to co-star in an as-yet unidentified role.
"I like very serious films, I love foreign films, and I love big, fun movies –as long as they're well made and they've got good scripts," she told Elle magazine. "That's the most important thing."
While the plot of "Furious" is still very much under wraps, we do know it will once again span the globe, with filming locations in Iceland, Cuba and New York City.
