The intriguing life of movie producer Arnon Milchan
From 'Pretty Woman' to 'The Revenant,' Milchan is an iconic Hollywood heavyweight unlike any other.
His films have a tendency to make real-life Hollywood couples
Milchan's films have inadvertently been responsible for creating some of the great off-screen celebrity power couples in recent history. These include "Made in America" with Whoopi Goldberg and Ted Danson; "Daredevil," which sparked love between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner; and "Mr. and Mrs. Smith," which paired Angelina Jolie with Brad Pitt.
During filming for the latter, Milchan offered to let Pitt stay at his home. "When I heard that Brad left home ... I offered that he stay at my house in Malibu," he recalled in a book about his life. "He drove to the set ... on a motorcycle, and he wore a wrap-around helmet with a tinted visor so no one could recognize him."
