Adelaide Fringe: Adelaide, Australia
The Southern Hemisphere's largest arts festival, Adelaide Fringe runs for 24 days and nights during February and March. In 2014, more than 900 events were staged across the city, featuring a staggering number of artists – more than 4,000 – from around Australia and the world. One of the biggest draws of the festival is that any artist can participate, making for an inclusive, communal and entirely unpredictable event.
