"Oohs" and "awws" have filled the Ramat Gan Safari in Tel Aviv, Israel, with the recent birth of an adorable female white rhino. Also known as the square-lipped rhinoceros, this species is the largest of all – but that doesn't mean their infants aren't tiny!

The zoo's breeding efforts are bolstering a species that had once been endangered. In September 2014, the safari welcomed the birth of its first female white rhino in over 20 years, by 21-year-old mother Tanda, who has also reared to two male rhinos at the zoo. This time around, the lucky mother is 6-year-old Keren.
