Photographer Lisa Shalom captured this loving moment between Ohad Milstein (left) and Rachel Streiff on the streets of Tel Aviv, Israel. She calls the picture "Pausing for Affection."

The couple is the subject of a powerful new documentary called "Week 23." The film chronicles the high-risk pregnancy of their identical twins and what happens when they have to make a life-or-death decision. It's even more personal because the film was directed by Milstein, a graduate from both Tel Aviv University and the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem.

The above picture won Shalom first place in a photography competition. Judge Paul Steele noted: “Such a technically difficult photo; a still romantic kiss in the foreground with the blur of moving transportation behind... and at night! Wow! There are so many things to consider here, from saturation to low light photography, this picture really does have it all."
