We're waiting around, twiddling our thumbs, patiently anticipating the new Wonder Woman film to be released this summer. So we went to the newsstand to pass the time and – bam! – what do we see? The film's star – Gal Gadot – on the cover of W Magazine. So we picked it up and perused it. We read a great profile of her: the reporter and a six months' pregnant Gadot spent the day baking. We learned several things about the 31-year-old actress while reading the article ...

The first movie that made an impression on her was 'The Princess Bride.'

The first boy she had a crush on was Atreyu from 'The Neverending Story.'

Why did she switch careers from international relations to auditioning to be a Bond girl? 'I realized that, God damn, acting is so much more fun than going to law school.'

The first time she tried on the Wonder Woman suit, she literally couldn't breathe.

"I almost died," she revealed. "Because it was really really tight ... like really, really tight. But I didn't say anything because I was so happy. Then I lost air, and they figured out that it was too tight."

She loves Madonna.

Growing up in Israel, Gadot loved to dance. She was even part of a Madonna tribute show, where she got to perform "Vogue" and don a fake cone bra like the rock star.

And Beyonce helped her prepare for her role as Wonder Woman.

"When I auditioned for 'Batman v Superman,' I didn’t know it was for Wonder Woman,” Gadot told W Magazine. “The director, Zack Snyder, asked me to do a camera test. That was torture. They were looking at six or seven girls, and we were all in separate trailers and were told to stay inside until they called us. Waiting is my enemy Number One, and I was losing my mind. So, I decided to put on Beyoncé.” Gadot smiled. “Who runs the world? Girls! I just started to dance, and I let my anxiety go. Thank you, Beyoncé!”
