Wedding photographer captures amazing images with his iPhone
'It enables a completely different experience of shooting,' he explained.
Here is another image from the wedding in Udaipur I shot entirely on the #iphone6splus. The couple at the reception at #Jagmandir palace, in the middle of Udaipur's lake Pichola. This post on my website is now live with more images and the video. #Rajasthan #indianwedding #weddingphotography #udaipur #coupleshoot #grandwedding #bigfatindianwedding #palacewedding
Bergerson recently photographed a wedding in India that was shot exclusively on his iPhone 6s Plus. The photos have become an Internet sensation.
While he worked for many years as a commercial photographer in his home country of Israel, he moved to India in 2002 to work as a documentary photographer. He started photographing weddings and, in 2007, he began gathering material for his recently released book "Behind The Indian Veil – A Journey Through Weddings in India." Eventually he was intrigued by the idea of using an iPhone to do the work, but until recently didn't feel confident enough in the technology to use it for that purpose.
Bergerson, a graduate of the Hadassah College of Technology in Jerusalem, doesn't believe the iPhone will replace more advanced camera equipment. But he does enjoy certain benefits of it, such as the ability to share photos in real time and get closer to his subjects.
