Tangy hummus yogurt dip

This variation on traditional hummus adds an extra layer of flavor and a creamy texture.

Part hummus and part yogurt dip, this tangy dip is everything you want in a hummus. It's super smooth and creamy, great as a spread!

Pro tip, pipe this hummus into some celery ribs for an adorable vegetarian appetizer! It is so good.

Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Parsley
  • Paprika

Directions

Add the garlic, lemon juice, and salt to a food processor and process until garlic is chopped.

Add in garbanzo beans, yogurt and olive oil. Process until smooth.

Transfer the dip to a bowl and top with chopped parsley, paprika and a light drizzle of olive oil.
