Spicy hummus mayo dip
It's hummus with a creamy twist. You'll want this one at the top of your recipe bookmarks.
If you love your hummus at the height of creaminess, look no further than this recipe. It's easy to make and equally good as a dip, or spread on a sandwich. Try it on both!
- 1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Add the garlic, lemon juice, and sea salt to a food processor and pulse until garlic is chopped.
Add in the garbanzo beans, olive oil, and mayo. Puree until smooth.
Transfer dip to bowl and top with Sriracha, chopped parsley, and lemon.
This dip is wonderful with some ruffled potato chips, or traditional pita.
