


'That's What She Said' champagne cocktail
A tongue-in-cheek concoction brought to you by spunky mixologist Kelsey Didit of NYC hotspot Bustan.
Acclaimed mixologist Kelsey Didit has been spinning her booze-tinged yarn in New York's nightlife scene for some time now. Recently, she's taken over the craft cocktail menu at Bustan, a modern Israeli restaurant on the Upper West Side. So when we asked her to whip up her best New Year's cocktail, she knew it had to be special – and include a Mediterranean flair. She gifted us with the "That's What She Said," a simple yet sophisticated blend of fine liqueur and smooth Prosecco.

Ingredients
- 1 ounce Brooklyn gin
- 1/2 ounce Giffards Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 ounce lime juice
Directions
Shake ingredients, fine strain into coupe and top with Prosecco.
