Roasted popcorn cauliflower
Tasty cauliflower florets seasoned with turmeric look like popcorn, and you'll want to reach back in for seconds.
This easy cauliflower recipe is popular with kids and adults alike. The bright yellow turmeric makes the florets resemble popcorn, and seasoned with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil, they taste just as delicious while providing more nutrients and vitamins. Great side dish for meat, chicken, fish or as a wholesome snack any time!
- 4 bags frozen cauliflower florets, partially defrosted
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil and seasonings. Spread out onto single layer on baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until florets begin to char at the tips.
