Raspberry ginger smash cocktail
This glorious mixed drink welcomes you to fall in style.
It's that time of year where it's kinda summer and kinda fall. You know, where you wear a sweater in the morning but suffer a heat stroke by afternoon. This cocktail is perfect for that transition. It's a bit sweet and tart like summer, but spicy and comfy like fall.
- 2 ounces Bourbon
- 1/2 ounce maraschino
- 4 raspberries
- 4 ounces soda water
- 2 ounces ginger beer
Add the raspberries and a splash of Bourbon to a mixing glass. Using a muddler, smash the raspberries.
Add in the remaining Bourbon, maraschino, and some ice. Cover and shake for ten seconds.
Strain into a highball glass with ice.
Add the soda water and the ginger beer.
