


Pear, lemon and pecan salad
The tangy pleasure of preserved lemons and the sweet sensation of fresh pears, in one wholesome salad.
This salad is an elegant, wholesome combo of summer and fall. Winter pears and spiced pecans surrounded by sunny preserved lemons. You're gonna love it.
Ingredients
- 2 small pears
- 6 ounces spinach
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup candied pecans
- Preserved lemons*
Directions
Slice the pears lengthwise about 1/4-inch thick, removing any seeds.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, oil and vinegar, tossing until fully coated.
Plate the pears and spinach.
Top with candied pecans and preserved lemons.
