Ah, kiwi. These little odd fruits are not only delicious, but they pack a lot of vitamin C. Great for fighting those sickies, but also great for any purpose, time of year.

You might be thinking, what? Parsley?? But it adds a nice bitter to this unique cocktail that is complimentary to the Grand Marnier.

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces Grand Marnier
  • Soda water

Directions

First off, watch this video on how to peel kiwifruit. It is easier than most make it out to be.

Peel and slice the kiwifruit, adding it to a mixing glass with a splash of vodka. Also add in the parsley.

Using a muddler, smash the kiwifruit and muddle the parsley.

Add in the remaining vodka and Grand Marnier.

Add some ice, cover and shake the cocktail for about 10 seconds.

Strain into two collins glasses filled with ice. Top off with soda water for desired taste.
