Ingredients

  • 1 banana, mashed thoroughly
  • 1 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup DAGOBA cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2-1 cup fresh or dried cherries, chopped
  • 1 cup DAGOBA premium chocodrops

Directions

Preheat oven to 325°. Line baking pan with parchment paper.

Mix all ingredients except for cherries and chocolate chips. Add at the end, and mix. Use a cookie scoop to shape cookies and place on baking pan. Press down firmly with your palm or a spatula to flatten.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until centers are set. Allow to sit on baking sheet for another 10 minutes, and then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
