Creamy broccoli salad

This simple salad adds a little sweetness to your meal.

Tasty homemade food does not have to be complicated, and that is for sure with this chilled broccoli salad. Easy to make and a great side dish for many other recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 package fresh broccoli
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, shelled
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Directions

Whisk together the mayo, sugar and vinegar until all of the sugar is combined and the mixture is smooth.

Fold in broccoli, pistachios and cranberries.

Chill for one hour before serving.
