Bar Refaeli is like most of us when it comes to working out – she likes to shake things up every now and then. Many of us change our workouts by running a different route or using a new machine. Refaeli, though, has other ideas, at least if the photos below are any indication.

The Israeli model and actress was recently on the cover of Marie Claire's Mexican and Latin American edition, and the photo shoot was ... interesting. It appears that Refaeli is in even better shape than she was before, but we doubt she works out wearing leather mini-skirts and surrounded by stuffed sharks and monkeys. Even Refaeli herself was a bit chagrined at the goofiness of the photo shoot:

I always look like this while I'm working out. Btw

Here are a few more pictures, courtesy of Refaeli's Instagram, along with a video about the photo shoot. What are the newly engaged Sports Illustrated swimsuit model's real diet and workout regimens? Well, she loves resistance training, as she told Swide.com, and she doesn't diet. "I like food full-stop, but I exercise and I’m young, so everything keeps in check." Alas, Bar, we wish we could all say the same thing ...

Monkey business
