Relax, wind down, grab yourself a cup of tea and wash away your stress with this playlist.

'Rivers' by Leon Bridges

Is there anything more relaxing than hearing a running river? Maybe the soulful sound of Leon Bridges’ voice. First on our list is "Rivers," a relaxing song by this American soul and gospel singer. The tune was released in 2015 on his debut album, "Coming Home," which was nominated for a Grammy in the Best R&B Album category. His unique 1960s soul style helped him stand out in a crowded market during his debut. Bridges appeared as the musical guest on "Saturday Night Live" in December 2015, and this song was recently featured on the HBO hit "Big Little Lies."

'Lay Your Head Down' by Keren Ann

After a long day at work, sometimes all you want to do is lay your head down. Israeli singer-songwriter Keren Ann sings about just that. “Lay your head down in my arms,” she sings. The song was released on her fifth studio album in 2007. Her soft and gentle voice has appeared on many TV show soundtracks including "Grey’s Anatomy" and "Big Love." The song "Lay Your Head Down" grew in popularity in part due to its use in an international commercial for H&M.

'Where Are You Going' by Dave Matthews Band

Next up on this soothing playlist is a song by the Dave Matthews Band. The American rockers have released nine albums and sold more than 50 million records worldwide. They have been described as everything from jam, rock and pop to bluegrass and are known for their live performances. "Where Are You Going" is the first single from their sixth album, "Busted Stuff," released in 2002. It was nominated for a Grammy for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals.

'Only Time' by Enya

We are really slowing it down for the next song by the Irish singer and songwriter Enya. Despite rarely performing live and keeping a very private personal life, she has become Ireland’s biggest-selling solo artist, superseded only by U2. She has sold 80 million albums around the world and sung in 10 different languages. Her ethereal sound is inspired by church music, and is great background music for meditative breathing. "Only Time" was released in November 2000 on the album "A Day Without Rain." The album won a Japanese Gold Disc Award for Best International Pop Album of the Year.

'Let It Be' covered by John Legend and Alicia Keys

The next song is a live cover of a classic song covered by two spectacular and soulful American singers. John Legend and Alicia Keys sang this duet at the Beatles 50th anniversary celebration. Legend, a singer-songwriter, is known for ballads like "All of Me" and "Ordinary People." He has won 10 Grammys and even an Oscar for his song in the movie "Selma." Keys is also a singer-songwriter and the winner of a whopping 22 Grammys. Both musicians have excellent voices and impressive piano skills, making this performance one to add to the playlist.

'Sunset Lover' by Petit Biscuit

The final song on our list is "Sunset Lover" by French DJ and music producer Petit Biscuit. Also known by his given name, Mehdi Benjelloun grew up playing the piano, cello and guitar before finding his true passion for electronic music. "Sunset Lover" was released in 2015 as the lead single on his self-titled EP. It peaked at No. 6 on the French singles chart and reached No. 13 on the U.S. Billboard Dance/Electronic Songs.
