Gal Gadot: I won't be Wonder Woman for Halloween
But on her Jimmy Kimmel appearance, she does reveal the costume her daughter will wear.
Gal Gadot, the Israeli law student turned actress, is known for her jaw-dropping red carpet outfits and skin-tight superhero costumes on the big screen. She's even become the face of fashion label Castro back in her home country.
So it's no surprise that her wardrobe was the topic of conversation when she stopped by "Jimmy Kimmel Live" last night to promote her new spy comedy "Keeping Up with the Joneses." During the interview, the 31-year-old Gadot revealed what she will not dress up as this Halloween: Wonder Woman.
And why is that? "I've had enough of the costume," she told Kimmel, adding that she just finished filming scenes as Wonder Woman a couple weeks ago. "I'm going to try something else. I'm not going to say what I'm going to wear."
Gadot, who also told Kimmel she loves chocolate, is looking forward to taking her 5-year-old daughter Alma trick-or-treating this year. While the family is usually based out of their home in Tel Aviv, they'll be spending this Halloween in America.
Gadot says she's already picked out Alma's costume: "She's going to be a unicorn."
Also during her appearance on Kimmel's show (her second as a guest on Jimmy's couch), Gadot announced that she will be meeting Lynda Carter, the original Wonder Woman, tomorrow in New York City. The two actresses will represent the iconic comic book character at a United Nations ceremony inducting Wonder Woman, who's turning 75 years old, as an honorary ambassador for female empowerment.
In addition to her work with the U.N. and the upcoming Wonder Woman film, Gadot also already shot her scenes for her appearance in the "Justice League" superhero movie.
"I feel like I've been spit out by a tornado," she said of her busy schedule. "I'm so happy and grateful for this year that I had."
