Winterfest Ale - This beer boasts of fruity, estery flavours and will continue to develop and mature with aging (if bottle conditioned). Complimenting the hop character is a touch of spiciness from cinnamon and nutmeg. The spice level is moderate, but we encourage you to add spices, herbs or sugars to your personal taste.
Canadian Light Lager - Our Light Canadian Lager is a crisp, easy to drink beer with a lower alcohol level to bring out the freshness and aroma profile of a true to style all-grain beer.
Prairie Wheat - Brew House “Prairie Wheat” is a light, summer thirst quencher filled with the distinctive, refreshing flavour of malted wheat. A Canadian version of the classic German wheat beers, it leans towards the “clean and crisp”. Prairie Wheat will produce a light-bodied, clean brew, with a subtle hop character with a subtle aroma.
Red Ale - Stylistically positioned between a German Alt Beer and the Oktoberfest, our red ale is copper red in colour. It has a pronounced crisp, malty character, with delicate hop bitterness and a pleasing floral aroma.
Honey Blond Ale - A refreshingly smooth, full-bodied ale with a touch of all natural honey to create a slightly sweet finish. Golden in colour, with a rich, soft and round palate, we use pure clover honey to balance the satisfying ale character.
India Pale Ale - Our India Pale Ale has a copper/golden colour with a slightly higher starting gravity and hop rates than our regular Pale Ale with medium aroma hops.
American Premium Lager - Our take on this favourite is a refreshing, straw-coloured lager with a subtle aroma.
Cream Ale - A West Coast Style Cream Ale with the perfect balance of malt sweetness and hop character. This beer is copper in colour with medium hop bitterness and aroma that's sure to satisfy.
Munich Dark Lager - Our version is characterized by a delicate sweet maltiness and a toasted nutty flavour.
Mexican Cerveza - Crisp and refreshing. The finish is dry and the hop profile has the same distinct aroma as that famous clear bottled Mexican brew.
Pilsner - This medium-bodied, golden pilsner is a clean, satisfying beer.
Pale Ale - A beer with roots in the English Midlands, pale ale dates back as far as 1870. Today it is copied worldwide.
Stout - Ours is dark and rich with rich chocolatey-espresso finish.
